This agreement is a legal contract between you and Laowang VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using this App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, text translation, or derivative development of this App or its related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we reserve the right to adjust features or service fees, and material changes will be communicated to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices, as doing so may weaken system protections and affect the App.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If use is interrupted due to unpaid device bills, data limits, or poor signal, the Service Provider is not responsible. When used outside Wi-Fi, mobile carrier data charges may apply. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, resulting roaming charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to device battery depletion is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from it. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service without prior notice. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
